The marketing team wanted a print that came with pre orders for LAST NIGHT IN BROOKLYN by Xochitl Gonzalez. They wanted wall art inspired by the novel and the early 2000’s Brooklyn scene centered around a line from the book.
For this project I drew inspiration from Latin party club posters to match the book’s theme. I also wanted to tap into early 2000’s design trends, with sans serif fonts and distortions used in the early 2000s.
